Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before fulfilment
Cancellation may be requested before tester allocation, Play testing setup, or material service fulfilment begins. Approved refunds may be reduced by non-recoverable processing costs where permitted by law.
After fulfilment begins
After testers are assigned, testing setup begins, an AAB is submitted, or material work is completed, refunds may be partial or unavailable because operational resources have been reserved.
Request a review
Email support@apktesting.com with your order ID, plan, payment date, amount, and requested remedy. We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days.
This policy should be reviewed for the operator's legal entity, jurisdiction, tax treatment, and mandatory consumer rights before final publication.
